How do we train our facilitators?
Plugin facilitators are trained through an extensive program by Hjalte Wieth, who has been educated in sauna gus, breathwork, yoga, meditation teaching, cold water therapy, coaching, and neuroscience for the last 7 years.
All our facilitators are people with a personality, a personal journey, and something on their hearts. Every month, we have a training day, where we meet, spar, develop, and help each other. If you would like to be a facilitator, read more here.
